GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
Our group fitness classes focus on building and maintaining athletic abilities. Through a combination of a variety of training such as strength, endurance, flexibility and mobility. These classes encompass weighted and body weight exercises to gain muscle mass, while achieving cardiovascular endurance.
Not to mention group fitness classes are good for your social health and help create a set schedule and accountability. We look forward to seeing you in our classes and joining the TAILOR ACTIVE Team!
